Method:
- Prepare zucchini noodles (Zoodles)
- Slice capsicums into thin strips
- Trim and string snow peas
- Shred carrots
- Just before serving warm up Pulled Pork
- Cook above vegetables for 2 minutes in boiling water making sure not to over cook.
- Cook zoodles in boiling water for 2 minutes
- Drain and serve with pulled pork
